USANA - Nutritionals You Can Trust
USANA Health Sciences I would like to tell you about some great vitamins that Jamie and I have been taking. A company called USANA (http://www.usana.com) manufactures these vitamins and other nutritional products. Many recent studies have shown that several degenerative diseases (heart disease, stroke, diabetes, cancer, etc.) are caused by "free radicals" – cells in your body that are missing an electron. The studies indicate that taking high levels of antioxidants (vitamins and minerals) may significantly improve these damaged cells. Maybe you have heard from a friend or on the news that drinking green tea and eating blueberries are good for you. This is because those foods are high in antioxidants. Jamie and I found that USANA is the #1 company for producing vitamins that contain high levels of antioxidants.

To maintain health, we need a diversity of vitamins, minerals, bioflavonoids, and other nutrients. Although we receive many of these nutrients from our diets, it’s impractical and virtually impossible to obtain an optimal dose through diet alone. This is why we encourage you to seriously consider researching and using the products offered by USANA. The difference between a One-a-day or Centrum and USANA products is that USANA follows the Good Manufacturing Practices for pharmaceuticals and ensures you are actually getting the high-quality vitamins and minerals at the correct potency to make them most effective.

USANA is also a network marketing company, and was recently ranked the #3 hottest growth company in Business Week (June 6, 2005) and #5 on Forbes’ top 200 small companies (2006). You can potentially earn a considerable amount of income by sharing the USANA products with others. We understand how important it is to feel secure about your nutritional decisions and how much it means to only share the finest products with your friends and family. We chose USANA because we did our own research and have experienced the remarkable effects of taking the USANA products ourselves. Please email us at tom@tomgould.com if you have any questions or are interested in learning more about the USANA products.

For more information, feel free to read the USANA Health & Freedom Newspaper, visit our USANA website, or call 1-800-470-5606.

Eastern Caribbean Cruise 2005
Vacation Jamie and I went on a cruise to the Eastern Caribbean from 3/20/05 - 3/27/05. We had a great time!! The weather was perfect (no rain and 75-80 degrees). We stopped at San Juan, St. Maarten, St. Thomas & St. John. I proposed to Jamie at a formal dinner on the second night of the cruise. She said "yes" but we have not set a date yet! I posted pictures from the cruise in this photo gallery. Still to come - underwater pictures from snorkeling at Trunk Bay!
